We will meet with the Property developer and study the project. Our Internet marketing experts will evaluate on how your property can be marketed on the Internet.

Once we complete our internal evaluation, we will decide on taking up the assignment to market your property. There will be no cost to your company.

You will tell us the price-band for your property along with the payment terms.

You will only pay pre-determined marketing fees when we get the buyer and the buyer completes the purchase at your given rate.

We will enter into Internet Marketing agreement.

6.

We will start marketing your property on the net and other marketing channels. We will generate potential buyer leads and enquiries. Our marketing team will process the enquiries. We will speak with potential clients and explain them prices and terms.

7.

The buyers, who want to meet the developer before finalizing, will be given an opportunity to do so. We will schedule your meeting with the buyer.

8.

If required, we will help the buyer to get loan on the property.

Under Property-Power Plan, you don’t need to pay anything for the marketing cost. The property developer will pay marketing fees after the buyer agrees to purchase the property as under:

1 % of the property value for transactions above Rs. 50 lacs and

2 % of the property value for transactions between 10 lacs to 50 lacs.

The marketing fees for the transactions below 10 lacs and for the properties outside metro-cities will range from 5 % to 10 %.
