agreement is entered between Cyberweb
Realestate, Inc – (A Business
Division of CGS Infotech Ltd.) having
office at B-207, Patel Shopping Center,
Borivali – W, Mumbai – 400
092 and M/s __________________ (Hereafter
refereed as Developers) having office
at _______________________________.
1. This agreement is effective from
________________ to ___________________.
2. The agreement authorizes Cyberweb
Realestate to market and promote the
properties owned and developed by
Developers through Internet, Multimedia,
Direct Mail and other marketing channels.
3. The entire cost of online marketing,
search engine optimization, pay-per-click
or any other marketing methods employed
by Cyberweb Realestate will be borne
by Cyberweb Realestate. Developer
will not pay any upfront amount for
marketing.
4. The purpose of the Cyberweb Realestate’s
marketing efforts is to sell the property
as per the prices agreed between the
Developer and the Cyberweb Realestate
5. The developer will provide Cyberweb
Realestate with the property details,
prices, payment terms and other marketing
material/information that will enable
Cyberweb Realestate to be successful
in selling the property.
6. The developer also authorizes
the Cyberweb Realestate personnel
to visit the property along with the
potential client. Develop will provide
necessary support in facilitating
the success of Cyberweb Realestate’s
clients.
7. Cyberweb Realestate will generate
the leads through Internet and other
marketing channel and bring those
potential clients to the developer.
8. If the developer makes any changes
in property prices or payment terms
during the tenure of this agreement,
the developer will quickly inform
the same to Cyberweb Realestate.
9. The Developer will pay _______
% of the total deal value to Cyberweb
Realestate when the client makes the
purchase of the property.
10. This agreement is subject to
Mumbai jurisdiction only.
